I thoroughly inspected the HVAC system, starting with a visual examination of the outdoor unit to ensure it was free from debris and properly secured. I checked the refrigerant levels and electrical connections, ensuring everything was functioning within safe parameters. Next, I moved indoors to inspect the air handler and ductwork, looking for signs of wear, leaks, or blockages. I tested the thermostat and control settings to confirm they were operating correctly. I also evaluated the air quality by checking the filters and cleaning the evaporator and condenser coils. Finally, I performed a comprehensive system test to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The entire process was completed with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a reliable and efficient HVAC system.
