Erica was a pleasure to work with. She was very flexible about working around our schedule, and was extremely prompt for all three appointments. We had a discussion about the price for a single zone unit install and she facilitated negotiation for a price that We could live with. I requested specific technical information and it was all delivered via email within an hour. I requested that all mounting base and snow leg equipment be made available so I could foundate in advance and she delivered to our house.

I was interested in a Mitsubishi split mini system based upon the recommendation of an HVAC tech that I know and research I had done. I contacted Ohls and Erica promptly came to my business to discuss my options. The Mitsubishi system that she recommended was within my budget. I was away on vacation when the installation took place. Erica coordinated the project and kept me apprised of the progress. The techs did a neat and clean install.
