Steve Ohl
President
I’ve lived in Lehighton my whole life, and worked at the family business since I was a child. I went to college, and upon graduation, I returned to help operate R.F. Ohl. I really enjoy meeting and talking with all the people that I get to see. I’m actively involved in local community events and organizations. I like to spend time with my wife (Kim) and family grilling, fishing, camping, and listening to music.
Patti Hartman
Operations Manager
I’m originally from NJ but attended Bloomsburg University and have lived in PA most of my adult life. I love making a difference and being part of a team. I am driven to make things better, from mentoring and encouraging single mothers to improving and streamlining processes. I love new adventures. I’ve flown airplanes, had my CDL, have my motorcycle license, speak Spanish fluently, traveled to Spain, Venezuela, Mexico, and Jamaica, and enjoy participating in mission trips where I can serve others.
I’m married to my amazing husband Steve. I am a proud mother to Mary, Juli, Matthew, Christopher, and Michael; Stephanie, Christine, and Rebecca are my beautiful stepdaughters. Steve and I are active in Blue Mountain Community Church, teaching Sunday School and VBS, offering childcare for Celebrate Recovery, and I’m active in the BMCC Mommas ministry. We love hockey (Let’s go Pens!) and being outdoors. We are so grateful for the beauty that surrounds us here in Northeast PA and around the world.
Jevin Green
Home Comfort Specialist
I was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley. I grey up in an around garages. My dad was a master mechanic. Spending my early years around him and his friends, who were from varying professional “trades” allowed me to become a “jack-of-all trades”.
Throughout my high school years I attended Lehigh Carbon Technical Institute, where I excelled in both the automotive and carpentry programs. I started my career as a welder but quickly realized that I wanted to become an HVAC technician.
I learned HVAC from the ground up. I was a helper on installations and worked hard to become a lead installer. I was involved in commercial and residential HVAC projects. I continued to train and eventually became a Lead Service Technician. I really enjoyed my career in HVAC Service and continued to learn and grow. Having the ability to help homeowners solve the “unsolvable problem” with their homes comfort is extremely rewarding to me.
In my time working with R.F. Ohl I really enjoyed training students who are just entering the HVAC field.
During my “down time” I enjoy spending time with my family, attending sporting events and other family activities.
Every R.F. Ohl employee is drug-free and background-checked. This includes all of our field technicians, salespeople, and office staff. In addition to drug testing at the time of hire, we have a company policy of random drug testing at all times!
