Heating and Air Conditioning Repair, Service and Installation in Nesquehoning PA

Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous for biannual "tune-up"

Achelito came in, shook my hand, and put on shoe coverings. He went straight to work with the air conditioners. He answered all my questions and offered me additional services now or at a later date. He was a pleasure to have working in my home.

Glen Keiper was very professional and made sure everything was working properly and to my satisfaction..

Mike was very friendly and thorough.

The techs were great. They were professional, informative, and efficient. Making the appointment was difficult, even though we have been long time customers, the only thing that seemed to matter was if we were looking to purchase a service plan. We had one, and it wasn’t connected to our account. It took over 6 weeks to get an appointment, even though my Bryant system was giving us a call for service prompt. I felt like we were an inconvenience when calling. I recognize everyone is short handed right now, and so many customers are difficult and rude. There was still no reason this experience was so frustrating Again though, techs were wonderful

Great service, pricy tho!

Phone system is challenging w all calls going to call service first. Maybe make the phone triage system a bit easier

Very knowledgeable about servicing my stove and letting me know what other parts in need.

George was very well prepared and explained everything prior to his work. He made me feel comfortable with the job at hand and explained issues along the way. The outcome was excellent.

Erica was great! She was very personable and knowledgeable about the ductless AC/Heating system. She was very professional and answered all of my questions.

George was very pleasant and patient in answering all of my questions. He was professional and very informative. I would like to have him service my unit each time.

George did a good job, replaced a blower motor with bad bearings. Very friendly and knowledgeable and always good to see him. He does care that the customer is satisfied.

Installation and service are bar none the best.

Zach seemed knowledgeable and conscientious. He was very friendly and we appreciated his being on time!

Both Frank and Mike were very knowledgeable and conscientious regarding the wiring that they were installing and kept me informed as to what they were doing. After completion they cleaned everything up and you would never know that any work had been done in the house. I highly recommend R.F. Ohl and its service technicians.
