A long awaited repair

Needless to say I was disappointed in the over one year timeframe to have this repair completed as it did mean I was without the backup service all that time. However Mark was a true professional on the initial visit in June 2021 and today July 28, 2022. He came after hours to replace the part, tested and has my generator up and running once again. Such a hot day and yet he came out anyway after hours. He is a great asset to your company and I hope he is recognized for his work ethic. Below I am giving 5 stars for Mark for quality of service. Convenience gets a one star due to how outrageously long this took to complete.

today the temperatures outside are around 90 and inside the temps are 87. Of all times my AC decided to stop working. From, what I was told there was a problem in the drainage pipes in my attic. The last time I had my AC checked (a year ago) and cleaned the tech said he did it. There was NO way that in 5 minutes time that was taken care of!!! It is running now and still need an appointment for a cleaning I truly appreciated the tech that was here and did it properly!!! Temperatures outside this weekend are 88-90 and for someone like me that has pulmonary issues etc. the heat is menacing to say the least. I can't thank Bobby enough for the thorough checkup and work he did here at my home. There should be more workers like him that take time to do things right. So happy you were the one to come out but hated that you had to work in the HOT attic...
