These people are the ones who identify the objectives of the different staff members and committees. The Board is made up of seven members and each member is elected by the general membership of the Society. They also serve four-year terms. Meanwhile, the Board will be the one responsible for electing a President and Vice President. The Secretary and Treasure on the other hand are two appointed positions, which also mean that they serve at the pleasure of the Board. However, they actually have full voting privileges and do not have term limits.
