The service man who did the work prepping my A/C system for the summer season did an excellent job. He left the areass clean inside and outside. He explained what he did and gave me a check list of the things he did. He explained what MERV ratings are for filters. Something I never knew. He also gave me info on a whole house filtering system . He also gave me some info on raising my outside A/C unit off of the ground...I requested that. He was very polite and kind. A very good representative of the OHL name.

Our maintenance personnel was so respectful, kind to us and environment. He spent a long time explaining services that I could use based upon my concerns. Achelito has great interpersonal skills and obviously enjoys what he does professionally. He is a keeper and a fine employee. I am a skilled psychologist and know a good soul when I meet one immediately and he fits the bill. You are lucky to have him representing Ohls.

Glenway and his team were so great when they replaced my coal heater with a propane system. My system was very old and gave them some problems but they came up with quick solutions and got my house set up with amazing heat and hot water in no time.
