I actually meant to write to you earlier. The technicians that came to clean our furnace were very helpful. They answered all my questions, checked our tank to be sure that all was well, and even ran for filters to replace what we had. It reminded me of my first call to you, probably 11 years ago or so. It was Christmas Eve, with less than an hour before you were scheduled to close. My oldest son was an infant and I ran out of fuel (the gauge wasn't working properly). We were a new customer, but you delivered to us anyway. It's a memory I'll keep forever....I was so greatful that you didn't turn us away. As a mom, I was relieved that we'd have heat for Christmas. As a customer, it proved to me that your company cares about the people you serve. It's one of those times I'll always remember.

This is just a little note to thank everyone who installed my oil furnace. I am completely amazed at the performance of the new unit. So far this is the warmest winter in my home ever. I did not realize how poorly the old unit was operating.
